# Midwest Hyperbarics
> A specialty wound care and hyperbaric medicine practice in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Family-owned, founded by Daniel Todd, MD, FACS, who has used hyperbaric oxygen therapy in his ENT practice for more than 30 years. Wound care led by Jessica Freudenthal, DNP. The first state-of-the-art hyperbaric chamber in Sioux Falls.
We treat chronic and complex wounds — diabetic foot ulcers, arterial and venous wounds, surgical wound dehiscence, radiation tissue injury, pressure injuries, compromised skin grafts and flaps, and trauma. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is provided when clinically indicated, including for late effects of radiation, osteoradionecrosis, and qualifying diabetic wounds (Wagner Grade 3 or 4).
We are a specialty practice — not a hospital department — which means more time per visit, the same provider every visit, and direct coordination with the patient's existing care team. With your consent and on your terms.
